Return Policies

EXCHANGES
Inhabitat assures the quality of the products we represent, but we also know that sometimes things can happen to your order that are beyond our control. Inhabitat will accept exchanges on any product that you are not satisfied with up to 60 days after purchase.

REFUNDS
Although it is our policy not to issue refunds, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis, and will work with you the best we can to make sure you are satisfied with your order. We stand behind our merchandise and the people who have put their time and energy in creating our products (most of whom are individual craftsmen and very small businesses) so please carefully consider your decision before you purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
If for some reason you need to cancel your purchase, please do so as soon as possible. Inhabitat ships out all purchases within a week of the order coming in (usually within 24-48 hours). If your order has not already shipped we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund your money. If your order has shipped, it will be treated as a return and will be considered on a case by case basis for a refund request. If the order has shipped you will be responsible for returning the item to us in good condition.

All sales are final. Customers wishing to make a purchase from Inhabitat must be 18 years of age or older. If you wish to exchange, receive a refund or cancel an order, please contact sales@inhabitatshop.com. All goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all tags attached along with a copy of your original invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your exchange.
